Cabaz Fresco Mar has made it our mission to contribute to the valorisation of regional fishing, cutting out the middle-man, strengthening a close and trusting relationship between those who fish and those who eat. We take the freshest fish from the Algarve coast, caught using traditional and artisanal methods, directly from boat to table, for a fair price both for those who fish and those who buy it.
